Standard Residential Tap	$10,140.00 *plus* 1.4 units of Colorado-Big Thompson Project Water (C-BT) (additional rebate fees may apply in certain areas)
Taps in Nesting Crane Subdivision	$7,570.00 (part has been prepaid by developer)
Taps in Wood Meadows Subdivision	$5,000.00 (part has been prepaid by developer)
