Billing Cycle
- Water utilities are due on the 15th of each month.
Payment Methods
- We currently accept payments by mail or by online credit card payment or over the phone. You may:
  - Mail your payment to our District Office: 9875 Vermillion Rd, Longmont, CO 80504
  - Make in person at the District Office located at 9875 Vermillion Rd, Longmont, CO between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon except holidays
  - Put in the Drop Box located at the entrance of our office
  - Payments cannot be taken in the field by a District employee
- We accept:
  - Cash
  - Check*
  - Money Order
  - Direct Pay* – automatically withdraws your amount due from your bank account on the due date
  - Bank ACH Services -- Coming Soon
    - Check free ACH Solutions at http://www.checkfreecorp.com
    - Credit Card* – By phone, In person

* Payments that do not clear our bank will be charged $5.00 per item.
